Our twin headed floor grinder is a more heavy duty grinder than our single headed machine popular with floor contractors as will deal with larger floor areas.

An adjustable dust skirt provides dust free operation when used in conjunction with our heavy duty dust extractor.  The operators handle is fully height adjustable. Supplied with discs with small blocked diamond segments which are measured and charged per mm according to wear.  On specific applications or on larger jobs where customers may have excessive wear they can have the option to purchase diamond discs (poa).

Typical applications are accurate grinding of concrete surfaces, removal of old coatings and ice from cold stores.

Please note this machine is designed to take small amounts of concrete off a surface and if trying to reduce the level significantly then a floor scabbler is the right machine for the job.
