Delivery Driver (Wrexham)

We are currently seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery of power tools, small plant, and access equipment across Wrexham, Chester, and the North West, ensuring a high standard of service and full compliance with road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

. Safely operate a tail-lift pickup or flatbed beaver tail truck for daily deliveries and collections
. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
. Load and unload equipment, ensuring all items are correctly secured during transit
. Carry out daily vehicle checks and promptly report any defects or maintenance issues
. Complete delivery paperwork accurately and obtain customer signatures where required
. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including driving hours and load limits
. Demonstrate equipment to customers when required (full training provided)

About You

. Hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence ideally, C1 licence, or grandfather rights considered
. Have a professional and courteous manner with a strong focus on customer service
. Experience in the hire industry or knowledge of power tools and construction equipment is advantageous, but not essential
