The Makita HP2070 2 speed variable, reversible, 13mm keyed chuck percussion drill is fitted with a whopping 1010 watt motor, a slipping clutch and heavy duty aluminium gearbox.

With drilling capacities of 16mm in steel, 40mm in wood and 20mm in masonry and with its constant load control keeping the speed constant the HP2070 can also be used for tapping holes. The HP2070 is fitted with a new reversing system that improves the life of the carbon brushes with no power reduction to the drill.
